Dear Ones —

The dust has settled and I feel like I can see clearly now. I see that the only person who will create change in my life is me, that it takes discipline, courage and a thicker skin than I currently have to stand by my values and my respect for my own time. I stumbled upon a podcast a few weeks ago, and then went down the rabbit hole of listening to more from the interviewee, the woman behind The Lazy Genius, Kendra Adachi. Adachi has developed a 5-step system for establishing better boundaries for not only her time but what she decides to let into her life, how she shapes these decisions and makes micro-changes with a big difference. The main takeaway? Be a genius about things that matter and lazy about things that don’t.
