Milestone #8: Too much of anything is too much ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ

Dear Ones โ
Itโs August. My kids go back to school in 10 days, and I feel like summer hasnโt quite started for me. Perhaps itโs a lack of motivation, or my body calling for rest โ both mentally and physically. My mind feels foggy and yet Iโm required to invest myself in work that requires my full brain power. I feel like Iโm working a lot and just barely keeping up with my email inboxes. Truthfully, it feels like a game of Whac-a-Mole (I feel like Iโve said this earlier this year), which leads me right back to square one, to where this whole journey began with Milestones.

Time constraints were meant to help me discern what was actually important. So, whatโs happening now, eight months into it?
Itโs this: life doesnโt slow down, opportunity leads to opportunity, projects and business endeavours are always bigger and more involved than we imagine. Itโs all good stuff, but itโs too much. How and where do we draw the line? How do we make the requests stop? At what point do Iโฆ
