Milestone #12: A seismic shift from small changes 🙌🏻
Looking back on a 12-month commitment to reshaping my relationship with time.
Dear Ones —
This milestone brings us to the end of this series. This morning I spent time reading the very first post, in which I identified where this theme of my year had originated. “If I’m going to change my relationship with time, I need to adjust how I’m using it,” I wrote. By applying some pressure to my time, I’d need to be more vigilant in how I used it. I suppose you could say I was working this past year to develop new habits—ones I won’t need to think about so much after the experiment because they will have become a part of my life.
From that standpoint, I think I’ve made tremendous progress. I was much too hard on myself last month when I was feeling discouraged by the ups and downs of the process. Looking back, I now see just how far I’ve come. To make this tangible for you, below I’ve laid out what this has looked like in my life.
